Overview
PBL Pharma Division designed and built an automatic filling machine for LVP products. The filling machine is capable of filling and closing glass bottles (from 50ml to 1000ml). The machine has a special design that allows to treat oxygen-sensitive products and reduce the level of oxygen below 0.2 ppm.
The new generation of filling head and vacuum capping (PATENTED) will grant the best monitoring and process on the bottles, with the lowest consumption of nitrogen or inert gas and the best machine performance with the smallest footprint.
